Business After Hours - August 19 - 5:30 pm - The public is invited to meet and greet at the Boy Scout Museum and Westward Ho Gift Shop, located on Historic First Street, north of the Senior Citizens' Center, during the monthly Business After Hours fun, lively networking social. Refreshments will be served, and gifts raffled. A great way to learn about and support our local businesses. -

12th Annual Raton International Golf Tournament
August 13 - 15
The Raton International Golf Tournament opens with a skins game on Friday, August 13, at 1:00 p.m. at the Raton Country Club at 510 Country Club Road in Raton, followed by dinner in the Pinon Club, an exclusive dinner club. Exciting golf begins with a shotgun start at 7:45 a.m. for the 1st and 2nd flights, followed by a shotgun start at 12:45 p.m. the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th flights.
The tournament continues with a 7:45 a.m. shotgun start for the 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th flights, and concludes with a shotgun start for the final round for the 1st and 2nd flights. Awards will follow.
This fun event is sponsored by the International Bank, Premier Distributing, Park Avenue Insurance, Raton Range/Trinidad Times Independent, Citizens for The Developmentally Disabled.
